These sketches are courtesy of our architect, Butch Berry, and show what is possible with your help:

View from outside the front of the proposed library.

Interior layout of the proposed library, with separate sections for the adult, teen, and children's resources, as well as room for the computers, designated study rooms, and meeting/program space.

View as you enter the proposed library from the lobby--the main circulation desk is front and center, our collection of adult fiction and nonfiction is to the right, and the teen area to the left.

View as you stand at the back of the proposed library--there's a second circulation desk with the children's area to the left and a conference room to the right.

View from inside the children's area. The sketches on the floor depict possible locations for furniture and other furnishings. There is a moveable wall partition between the children's area and the meeting room so that the space can be opened up to accommodate larger children's programs and events.

View as you are looking at the back of the proposed library from the City Pool Park.

The proposed library will be built on 2.5 acres at the intersection of Branch and Basore Streets near the City Pool Park. The main entrance will be off Springfield Street.
